The Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) is a body corporate with a statutory mandate to exercise general supervision and control over the training, practice, business, and employment of medical laboratory professionals under Cap 253A Laws of Kenya. The Board also advises the Government in relation to all aspects thereof, including validation of in-vitro diagnostics through Legal Notice No.113 of 2011.

KMLTTB wishes to remind you that the laboratory license renewals for 2025 will commence on 1^st November 2024. Your compliance in this matter is expected.

Note that the renewal fee will include 16% VAT, which applies to all taxable goods and services as per the Value Added Tax Act, 2013.
