Licence Renewal Requirements

All practitioners are required to renew their annual practice licence through the official KMLTTB Online Portal.

Requirements:
  • ✔ Must attain at least 50 CPD points in the previous year.
  • ✔ Submit proof of CPD activities attended.
  • ✔ Provide a valid registration number with KMLTTB.
  • ✔ Ensure payment of all applicable licence renewal fees.
  • ✔ Upload scanned copies of required documents (where applicable).

You will not be eligible to renew your practice licence until you meet the required CPD points.

No. Evidence of CPD activities (certificates, attendance lists, etc.) is mandatory for renewal.

  • Submitting incomplete CPD records.
  • Using an incorrect details- e.g registration number.
  • Failing to pay the correct renewal fees.
  • Uploading unclear or invalid documents.

You will receive an official confirmation email from KMLTTB, and your licence status will be updated in the portal.
